Below are our standard procedures for shipping, delivery, and returns of merchandise. Details are subject to change:
- Order processing and packaging usually takes no later than 72 hours, unless the order is placed after hours on Friday or the weekend. Processing times may vary. (Please note that custom powder coating may take up to several days for your order to process.)
- An email confirmation is sent out when all orders are placed, and tracking information is emailed to the customer once the order has been shipped. Shipping times may vary.
- We encourage all shipments outside of the continental United States to use USPS Express Mail International for tracking purposes. USPS Priority and First Class Mail International do not offer tracking, which makes it very difficult to keep up with the package. We therefore can't be held liable for packages lost when using USPS Priority or USPS First Class Mail International.
- Returns of merchandise are handled on a case by case basis. If you feel there's an issue with your order and would like to return it then please contact us directly via email or phone. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information.
